Dell 마우스 버튼 설정이 안되는 이유?

Why can't I set the Dell mouse button?

I want to change the DPI button setting among the Dell mouse button settings, but the DPI button cannot be changed.

The Dell Service Center says it can't be helped.
The Logitech mouse can set buttons.
